Beschreibung

Orchards Farm Cottages befinden sich in einem Litchi-Mango-Obstgarten am Ufer des Flusses Komati, direkt an der N4 auf dem Weg zum Mozambique Lebombo-Grenzposten. Während die Atmosphäre rustikal ist, sind die Stadt Komatipoort und der Grenzposten Lebombo nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Bis zum Crocodile Bridge Gate des Kruger National Park fahren Sie 10 Minuten.

Die Orchards Farm Cottages werden persönlich von Linda und Doug Renecle geleitet, die alles tun, um den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

UNTERKUNFT

Die Cottages sind alle mit luxuriösen Möbeln ausgestattet und verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Sie sind komplett ausgestattet für Gäste, die sich selbst versorgen möchten.

Die Cottages sind ausgestattet mit: Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowellenherd, Besteck, Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Aufenthaltsraum mit TV, Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage, Vollständig gewartet, Überdachte Terrasse, Grillmöglichkeiten, Überdachter Parkplatz.

Frühstück

Gäste, die sich nicht selbst versorgen möchten, können ihr Frühstück in der gemütlichen Lounge am Hauptdeck zu sehr günstigen Preisen genießen.

ANLAGEN

Das Flussufer mit Gras ist ein wunderschöner Ort, um die reichhaltige Vogelwelt, Flusspferde und Krokodile zu beobachten und in einer ruhigen Umgebung zu entspannen. Das Rezeptionsdeck überblickt den Pool und den Fluss und ist ein angenehmer Ort, an dem alle Gäste einen Sundowner in unserem lizenzierten Pub genießen können.

My husband & I visited the KNP during Jan this year. It’s very tranquil and the view is magnificient overlooking the Komatipoort River. Its very close to the Crocidile Bridge which is about 12km away from the KNP. Our hostess Linda Renecle welcomed us with open arms as if we were old friends even though we only chatted on telephone & did most correspondence via email. As the busy festive season was over we were given the main cottage . We found it very comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. Linda gave us the choice of having breakfast in the main lounge, outside on the patio or she would give us a packed lunch if we were going to the KNP very early in the mornings. She was very flexible and as we were on holiday there was no hard and fast rules. We usually let her know the previous eve what our plans would be for the following day. Every evening she would pop in to enquire about our day’s adventure and advise us where to go. It was my birthday and she made reservations for us at a small intimate restaurant with a lovely ambiance. We enjoyed eating mangos which we picked from the trees and unfortunately all the litchis were eaten up by the December guests. We were never troubled by any mosquitos as there were protective nets on all doors and windows. Our holiday ended too soon and if we should decide to visit the KNP again we would definitely stay at Orchards Farm Cottages. Thanks to the hospitality of Linda Renecle.
