Für Ruhe und Erholung kommen Sie in Stanford in unserem Cottage auf dem Hügel, dem Beloftebos Light Cottage. Das Light Cottage mit Blick auf einen Damm bietet Panoramablick und grenzt an das Naturschutzgebiet Salmonsdam.

Unterkunft zur Selbstverpflegung

Beloftebos Light Cottage in Stanford bietet Platz für elf Gäste. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein weiteres mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Das Loft ist mit fünf Einzelbetten ausgestattet und im Wohnbereich gibt es optional ein Einzelbett.

Es gibt ein Innenbad und ein Außenbad, beide mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet.

Die Geräte werden mit Gas betrieben und die Lampen werden über einen Wechselrichter mit Solarenergie betrieben, an dem Sie auch Ihr Mobiltelefon aufladen können. Öllampen und Solarlichtkrüge tragen zum romantischen Ambiente bei. Die Küche hat einen eingebauten Grill / Kamin.

Draußen gibt es eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Grillmöglichkeiten und einem Whirlpool für Ihren Genuss.

Unsere neu ausgebauten MTB-Trails bieten eine willkommene Pause von der Arbeit und für weniger aktive Teilnehmer können wir eine Traktor- und Anhängerfahrt durch die schönen Fynbos organisieren. Ziehen Sie Ihre Laufschuhe an und erleben Sie die zahlreichen Trails. Verschiedene Loopings ermöglichen sowohl kurze leichte Abfahrten als auch lange Abfahrten mit erheblichen Anstiegen. Mit den bereits 127 Vogelarten, die von verschiedenen Vogelvereinen identifiziert wurden, ist die Farm ideal für begeisterte Vogelbeobachter.

Beloftebos Light Cottage in Stanford sleeps eight guests. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and the loft is furnished with four single beds. There is one inside bathroom and one outside bathroom, both fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Appliances are gas powered, and lights are solar powered from an inverter, where you can also charge your cell phone. Oil-lamps and solar light jars add to the romantic setting. The kitchen has a built in braai / fireplace. Outside there is patio with seating, braai facilities and a hot tub for your enjoyment.

Absolutely gorgeous get away, the most tasteful interior and comfortable beds, breathtaking views and absolute serenity in the isolation is indescribable. The only thing to be aware of is that the electricty is limited, our power stopped working our second evening and didn’t work up until we left the next morning. It might have been the geyser we forgot to turn off but yeah best be wary of that and bring power banks to charge phones incase. Atleast cooking is gas so you’ll be able to enjoy a meal and coffee during an outage :) Also when thinking of the hot tub as a main attraction, be aware of the fact that wood heating means atleast 20-24 hours of brewing until the temperature is nice. Lastly, the owners are really kind and responsive to any queries, and theres a 24/7 shop with essentials on the farm as well which is very nice!

An amazing getaway. The house is clean, beautiful and spacious. The bedding is luxurious and beds are extremely comfortable. So mane trails and hikes to choose from. The views are endless and it is a complete secluded space where you don't have to worry about the neighbours. The electricity might not last throughout the stay if there isn't enough sunshine for the solar panels so bring back up torches. The hot water is sufficient for a 5 minute shower max at a time. The gas stove means you can cook and boil water any time of the day and night regardless of the electricity. The hot tub is huge but takes a lot more wood to warm up. The farm stall is useful to restock fire necessities. We will go back again.
