This room is part of the man house, with its own private entrance. It is furnished with a King-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is equipped with both a bath and a shower. The Sir Herbert Baker room forms part of the main building, but is completely private with a separate entrance and private garden. The spacious room, with a recently renovated bathroom.

The Lady Baker Room (x1)
The Lady Baker room forms part of the main building and has its own entrance and private garden. The spacious room is furnished with two single beds. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, hand basin and WC.

The Garden Cottage (x1)
The beautiful Garden Cottage, which originally was a dairy, has been converted into a cozy two bedroom Cottage ideal for a family with young children. The one room has a double bed and the other room two single beds. Both rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The Cottage also has its own “stoep” overlooking our lovely garden.

Windpomp Room (x1)
As a tribute, the Windmill room was named after the “die Windpomp” as it is synonymous with Karoo living. It is a true Karoo icon which you will see scattered over the Karoo landscape. This unit was also part of the original stable and overlooks our beautiful courtyard. The room is fitted with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and has braai facilities for your enjoyment. The room is spacious.

Dei Gratia Luxury Room (x1)
This luxury room consists of a Queen-size bed and a sleeper couch, making it perfect for a small family. En-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower combination. Dei Gratia was originally part of the hall where all the horses were kept. The hall was converted into a lovely self-catering unit with a king size bed, sleeper couch, and a full en-suite bathroom. Dei Gratia meaning 'By the Grace of God' overlooks the beautiful court yard.

The Afri-Karoo Room (x1)
This room has two single beds which can easily be converted into a luxury king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. The Afri-Karoo room originally formed part of the stables. The room is fitted with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and comes with self-catering facilities. On request, we can convert the king-size bed into two single beds (please request this after you confirm your booking).
