Windmill Suite (x1)
The Windmill rooms are two separate rooms built around the old farm Windmill. The larger of these, the Windmill Suite, is our second honeymoon room. Spacious, with a king sized bed, en suite bathroom and a lovely bath inside the room, this is the ideal romantic indulgence. A kitchenette offers extra comfort. Windmill Room (x1)
The second of the Windmill rooms is known as the Windmill Room. This spacious room has two beds that can be converted to a king sized bed, en suite bathroom, two seater lounger and veranda overlooking the mountains and garden. A fireplace and comfortable seating area will make you feel right at home. Other facilities include air-conditioner, tea, coffee, rusks, fireplace, hairdryer, percale and mohair, non-smoking. The Cottage (x1)
The room offers a king sized bed which on request can be made up as twin beds. A small lounge and large fireplace, a quaint little kitchen as well as a large en suite bathroom makes this a very comfortable room. The room leads to the main stoep (patio) with lovely views of the Swartberg Mountains. The kitchen boasts a microwave and gas stove. The Cottage CAN interlead with the Dairy room and forms a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with lounge, television and kitchen ideal for a family of 4. The Dairy (x1)
Originally the dairy of the homestead, this comfortable room offers twin beds with an en suite bathroom (shower only). High reed ceilings and wooden beams create a sense of calm. The room leads onto a sunny, private patio. The Dairy is linked to the Cottage and together the rooms form a spacious family unit for four when booked together. Tuck between the Wagonshed and the Windmill Rooms, the Forge offers a double bed and en suite bathroom with a shower only. This room offers all the simplistic necessities whilst emphasising Karoo relaxation. As its name suggests, this room was once the forge for the homestead.
