Our lavish Penthouse comes with an ultra chic and modern kitchen, fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and a dishwasher. From the beauty of the modern kitchen, you can look onto the glamorous sitting room and spacious dining room. The Penthouse has access to a private balcony overlooking the village and the picturesque mountain ranges. As with all The Ivy luxury apartments, the penthouse comes standard with satellite television and a built-in digital safe. An air-conditioner with heating is fitted in the living area and bedrooms for the gorgeous summers and electric blankets are available for the snuggly winter months. The luxurious main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double basins, a bath and a shower. The second elegant bedroom is adjacent to a bathroom with a shower. This 2 bedroom apartment is open-plan with a fully equipped kitchen leading straight to the tastefully decorated modern living area that gazes up towards the main bedroom with its full en suite bathroom, located on the spacious mezzanine level. The second bedroom is located on the lower lever with an adjacent bathroom with a shower. You’ll find the little balcony of this Northwest-facing suite, the perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee whilst taking in the beautiful Mountain Views of the Franschhoek Valley. As with all the Ivy Franschhoek apartments, there is an air-conditioner with heating fitted in the living area as well as secure parking with a lock-up garage. If you plan to stay in this luxury Franschhoek apartment during the winter, we’ll make some electric blankets available so that you can get into bed feeling warm and toasty. This luxury apartment has 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a queen sized bed and the other with a king size. Central Heating is available through the apartment with electric blankets made available during the winter so that the accommodation is as comfortable as home during those crisp winter nights.
