The romantic Nightjar Cottage with two bedrooms (sleeps four guests), has great views down the valley with plenty of sunshine and open exposure. One bedroom sleeps a couple in a queen bed and in the second bedroom there are two three-quarter beds for 2 singles (the beds can be pushed together). Nightjar is one of our exclusive units and is fully equipped for self-catering with everything you need, including all percale bedding, feather duvets and electric blankets (for winter), linen and bath towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and the braai has everything you need including a potjie pot. Nightjar also has an indoor braai/fireplace for winter, and air conditioning for your comfort. This cottage boasts complimentary Wi-Fi, a wood-fired hot tub, travertine tiled walk-in shower and indoor spa bath, two hammocks for outdoors and a rustic outdoor shower to cool off during those hot summer months.

Hadeda Cottage (x1)
The romantic Hadeda Cottage has two bedrooms (4 pax) and is more secluded and intimate with a sheltered garden surrounded by shady trees and birdlife making it more private. One bedroom sleeps a couple in a queen bed and the second bedroom sleeps a couple in a double bed. Hadeda is one of our exclusive units and is fully equipped for self-catering with everything you need, including all percale white linen, feather duvets and electric blankets (for winter), linen and bath towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and the braai has everything you need including a potjie pot. Hadeda has an indoor fireplace for winter, and air conditioning for your comfort. Oak Cottage (x1)
Cosy one room only with indoor fireplace, double bed, open plan fully equipped kitchen including microwave with small dining area, bathroom with shower. Outside stoep with braai including potjie and utensils. Freestanding fan for summer months. Oak cottage is one of the most romantic and private of the standard units, offering idyllic views of the ancient Oak tree, meadows and mountains. With its Victorian style freestanding bath near the fireplace, high exposed ceiling trusses and gable window, relaxation and peace is sure to be high on the agenda. Fully equipped for self-catering with everything you need, including all comfy bedding (feather duvet in winter), percale linen and bath towels, kitchen and braai equipment for the undercover braai on the large stoep including a potjie for stews. The main double bed is in the open-plan lounge overlooking the cosy fireplace for the winter months, while the travertine bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower.

It is a standard unit and it is fully equipped for self-catering with everything you need, including all bedding (feather duvet in winter), linen and bath towels, kitchen and braai equipment including a potjie pot for the undercover braai on the stoep. Quince has an indoor fireplace for winter, and a ceiling fan for summer. The main double bed is in the bedroom, and the bunk bed is in an alcove off the open-plan lounge closer to the fireplace while the bathroom has a shower, hand basin and WC.

Farmhouse Erika (x1)
Farmhouse Erika is the original rambling farmhouse, which has been renovated numerous times over the generations, it boasts 7 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges (one with a smart Wi-Fi TV), complimentary Wi-Fi, large entertainment areas, indoor fireplace in main lounge and a large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with two fridges and dishwasher. There is an undercover patio with a built-in braai and seating, plus a second larger open-air braai area under the oak trees, including a large campfire style fire pit and an enormous No. 14 potjie pot, grids, tongs plus smaller potjies and all essential Braai equipment provided, all perfect for larger gatherings and groups. This farmhouse has a lovely private lush garden with green lawns and shady oak trees, it has hosted numerous celebrations, plus there is a small playground nearby for kids. Farmhouse Erika can sleep 14 comfortably with 2 guests per room, but up to 20 plus if every bed is occupied since many of the larger bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, these bigger rooms can therefore sleep either 3 singles (1 person per bed) or a couple (in the double bed) with possibly 2 singles (children).
