Beschreibung
Rest Assured Guest House war eines der ersten Gästehäuser in Kokstad. Es ist seit vielen Jahren in Betrieb und hat Gäste aus allen Bereichen des Lebens durch seine Türen passieren lassen und ausgeruht und entspannt verlassen.
Das Haus selbst ist über 130 Jahre alt und wurde vom ersten Magistrat in der Gegend gebaut. Das Gästehaus ist ein perfekter Zwischenstopp für preiswerte Unterkunft mit dem Komfort von zu Hause.
Unser freundliches Personal ist hier, um Ihnen zu helfen und Ihren Komfort zu priorisieren. Wir befinden uns in einer ruhigen und sicheren Wohngegend, nur ein paar Blocks von Einkaufszentren, Restaurants, einem Golfplatz und vielem mehr entfernt.

Wir haben neun moderne Zimmer, die täglich bedient werden. Die Zimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer und einige Zimmer haben einen Kühlschrank. Einrichtungen zur Selbstverpflegung sind verfügbar.

Not very good value for money. Room definitely need a revamp. Shower leaking around spout. Free tea/ coffee in room a joke

We feel that for the amount we paid we received extremely mediocre accommodation. Rest Assured requires maintenance in all areas. Cracked handbasin, tap on bath loose, mattress exceptionally soft, a kettle that was no where near a plug point. The towels are old and very thin and we didn't even have a hand towel. Feather pillows are a bad choice - I for one am extremely allergic. The wifi only being in the lounge is unacceptable - I most certainly will not sit in a lounge full of people doing my business or banking. Why not in the rooms? And this was in the room that we moved to after our given room was totallly unacceptable - dark, damp and only a toilet window for air. R675 is excessive for this quality and no breakfast.
